However, if he answered that way he wouldn't be the Renato Gaúcho that everyone knows.

But the controversy is that Renato would have helped his former club

Obviously they will not put their best players at risk of injury, the priority is in the final.

Often asked about having helped Grêmio, the coach denied any help, but taking Vitinho out of the game was strange.
