Grêmio only woke up in series B
Firstly, Grêmio only woke up in series B, when they became Grêmio again they were already very bad in the table.
Grêmio had a disastrous campaign
Initially, if we analyze Grêmio's final numbers, it will be clear that the team really needed to fall.
There were 19 defeats in 38 rounds, Grêmio managed to lose half of their games, it is not possible for a team with so many defeats to remain.
