Firstly, Brazil has reigned in the Libertadores in recent years, from 2010 to 2021 there were 8 titles for Brazilian teams.

Firstly, Argentines still dominate when it comes to teams with the most titles, there was a period of Argentine dominance.
However, if we analyze what has happened since 2010, the story has been different.
Champions from 2010 to 2021
In 2010, the champion was Internacional from Porto Alegre, facing Chivas Guadalajara (Mexico) in the final.
In 2011 Santos was champion, facing Peñarol in the final.
Corinthians beat Boca Junior in the final in 2012, winning the Libertadores undefeated.
Just like in 2013, Atlético Mineiro beat Olímpia (PAR) in the final, four consecutive years of titles for Brazilian teams.
Unlike 2014, when no Brazilian was in the final, San Lorenzo (ARG) was champion over Nacional (PAR).
While River Plate (ARG) was champion in 2015, beating Tigres (Mexico) in the final.
In 2016, another year without Brazilians, Atlético Nacional (COL) beat Independiente del Valle in the final.
However, 2017 was another year of Brazilian titles, Grêmio de Luan beat Lanús in the final.
In 2018, an Argentine final, River Plate and Boca Junior, River did better.
Flamengo then beat River Plate (ARG) in the 2019 final.
Soon after, in 2020 and 2021 two finals followed by Brazilian teams.
Palmeiras beat Santos in 2020 and Flamengo in 2021.
Of 12 possible titles, 8 went to Brazilian teams.
Finally, Brazilian teams need to improve when it comes to the Interclub World Cup, compared to the European teams, we are far behind.
Finally, in the same period, only in 2012 did Brazil win the World Cup, with the Corinthians team beating Chelsea in the final.
